Building strong connections between students and families of refugee background and school takes time, effort and trust. For MEAs the boundary between work and community can easily become porous, with the risk of compromised wellbeing and the development of burnout. This briefing for school leaders provides information on school strategies that can assist MEAs to firm up the boundary around their work life, leading to increased wellbeing and sustainable careers for MEAs and improved outcomes for students.
- This session is free to anyone working in, or with, Victorian schools.
